Safeguarding employees’ well-being is paramount because no plan to resume normal operations can succeed without the health of the staff. To keep operations going while minimizing the risk to employees, we have set up new protocols for deep cleaning, sanitization, regular temperature checks of employees, rules governing when employees can return to work after recovering from infection/sickness are followed stringently. We have incorporated changes in the staff seating chart ensuring employees are farther apart and managing employee counts in the office to reduce the number of people in the office at one time. We understand and ensure that compliance with federal, state and local orders are followed. The health and safety of the employees has always been one of the top priorities for Odysseus and we are taking all necessary precautions for the same.
